Tim Hortons School Tour a Huge Success
From April 14 - April 21, 2010, our Easter Seal Ambassador, Colton Matheson and his entourage, which consisted of family members, Tim Horton Tour Organizer, and Rotarians visited over 65 schools across P.E.I. raising monies and creating awareness for all the great works and projects that are fundedby the Easter Seal Campaign. Each school welcomed JColton and his group with warm assemblies and Colton delivered an amazing speech talking about how everyone should always "Feel the Joy!"! in their every day life. A huge thank you goes out to all teachers and students across P.E.I. who make this tour a success year after year. This year's contribution to the Easter Seal Campaign on behalf of the schools is $32,000.00 - Great Job!! |

Wendy's Annual Lip Sync Competition
On Friday, February 12th, as part of the Jack Frost Festival, Wendy's Restaurants sponsored the 23rd Annual Lip Sync Competition at the Charlottetown Civic Centre. Thanks to all the folks from the Junior High School across P.E.I. who put on an excellent performance. Congratulations to the folks in this picture from Birchwood Jr. High who one first place. Their prize consisted of $500.00 for school activities, their name on our Wendy's Lip Sync trophy and a complimentary school dance from New Generation DJ Service. |
